Justin has closely watched this area grow into Canada’s hottest real estate market. Licensed as a Realtor® since 2004, he has an insider’s perspective and work ethic that clients have come to trust. He has a passion for this business and is known as a tenacious negotiator, whether you’re buying or selling. He is a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and he updates his real estate education continually, ensuring he is prepared to help clients who may need specialized skills. 

Justin and his wife Jesika, are residents of Cloverdale. In 2018, they welcomed their first child, Sophie and in 2021, Amelia completed their busy family! Justin is proud GIRL dad and his family brings him great purpose and joy. When not selling real estate, he enjoys sports: hockey, swimming,  hiking local mountains, snowboarding, and running the seawall. Justin’s weekly thrill is tackling the Grouse Grind and multiple Peloton rides!  A love of travel has given him a global and balanced perspective that shines through in everything he does. Justin has travelled through Europe, SouthEast Asia, Australia, and has volunteered in Africa. He mentors new Realtors® who share his passion of helping others.
