Gladys Li

Gladys Li is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families achieve their property goals. A second-generation REALTOR®, Gladys grew up in Richmond and has been immersed in the real estate industry from an early age.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, she launched her career in real estate in 2006. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in residential sales, working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and those looking to upsize or downsize.

Gladys’s background has given her firsthand exposure to single-family and multi-family development projects throughout Richmond. She has also played a key role in numerous condo and townhome pre-sale projects, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of professional service and guidance throughout the process.
