Anson Chan

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I developed an early passion for real estate from a young age — and coincidentally, my very first internship was in commercial real estate. I moved to Vancouver in 2017 to pursue my education and graduated from UBC Sauder School of Business with a BComm in Marketing.

I entered the real estate industry in 2020, beginning my career as a trilingual Marketing Specialist. Since then, I’ve built strong experience in digital strategy and social media marketing across RED (Xiaohongshu), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, and email marketing. I also oversee branding for our team, W Brothers Real Estate Group.

In 2021, I transitioned into the resale side of real estate as an unlicensed assistant, gaining hands-on exposure to the full transaction process — while continuing to manage the marketing side of the business. I became a licensed Realtor in 2022, and since then I’ve been actively supporting clients in both residential presale and resale.

Today, I specialize in Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver Westside, and Richmond, focusing on condos, townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes.
