Cody Clark

Being around real estate most of my life with a realtor mother and builder father, it only seemed fitting to become a realtor/builder myself. I've done a wide variety of construction work over the years and been fortunate enough to learn the real estate side of things too while working alongside my mother and now independently with Macdonald. I lived in New Zealand until I was 8 years old, spent the following 10 years on Vancouver Island, then enjoyed a 7 year stint in Arizona playing college lacrosse and obtaining a masters degree in business administration before finally making my way back home to join the real estate industry.

I find this work to be exciting, challenging, and fulfilling; all things I've grown to love through sports and education. I’ve had the privilege of representing a diverse group of clientele on single family, condo, townhome, and real estate investment transactions and am proud to say I’ve received praise from each for my ability to be organized, informative, and efficient. I focus heavily on effective communication and ensuring my clients know exactly what to expect throughout the entire real estate process. The goal at the end of the day is to achieve the very best result for my clients, however that may look for them and their specific needs.

A fun fact about me is that I was fortunate enough to represent New Zealand in the 2023 Lacrosse World Cup, though no longer come with the New Zealand accent, just give my best shot at a sub-par impression!
