Nicole Mulroney

Hello, I’m Nicole Mulroney, and I’m passionate about helping people find homes that reflect their lives and dreams. Rooted in Victoria and having grown up in South Oak Bay, just blocks from Willows Beach, I bring both local knowledge and a genuine commitment to service. I grew up attending Willows Elementary, Oak Bay High, Victoria High, and the University of Victoria, giving me a lifelong connection to this community and its neighbourhoods.

My background includes hairstyling, sales, health & wellness, and caregiving, including supporting an elderly family member living with Alzheimer’s. I am also a classically trained vocalist with experience performing jazz and R&B, both in ensembles and as a soloist. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as the importance of teamwork and active listening. These are all qualities that shaped the way I approach real estate: with a people-first focus.
