We (my wife Jackie and our 3 year old mini-schnauzer Oliver) recently relocated from Thornbury Ontario to beautiful Qualicum Beach! 

My inital career ranged 20+ years in the Automotive Assembly industry primarily in Quality Asssurance Management. I left the auto industry in 2010 to began a 2nd career and chose real estate primarily working in the Goldon Horseshoe market of Ontario. My QA training provided me with fact based and data driven approach to assisting buyers and sellers. Also, I use the "no nonsense/hands on"  approach when working with clients.
