The condo market had 8 sales and 46 active listings at the end of the month. The benchmark sale price was $482,700 with an average days on market of 61.
Townhome sales were 3 sales, active listings were 54. The benchmark sale price was $726,700 and the average days on market were 71.
It’s a buyer’s market for homes and townhomes.
Whistler
In the Whistler market, the benchmark sale price was $1,743,300 with an average days on market of 92 days for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 8 sales and 70 active listings.
In comparison, the condo market had 19 sales and 71 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $521,000 and the average days on market were 50.
Townhome featured 16 sales, 53 active listings and a $956,000 benchmark sale price with 40 days on market average.
It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.
